Client Description:
Our client is a well-established company focusing on providing technology solutions and operational support services to corporate clients. They are now looking for a dynamics, energetic and independent candidate to take up the Assistant HR Manager position.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing full spectrum of HR functions and supports in HK and Singapore
- Perform professional HR services including payroll & MPF administration, leave management, preparing contracts and HR reports
- Drive and initiate continuous improvements on HR policies and procedures, etc.
- Maintain good communication with business unit heads and colleagues
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business administration or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in all-rounded HR issues, in particularly C&B
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations/ ordinances
- Exposure to China is a plus
- Excellent communication and people influencing skills
- Independent, self-motivated, passionate and detail-minded
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
