Assistant Human Resources Manager - Generalist

Client Description:

Our client is a well-established company focusing on providing technology solutions and operational support services to corporate clients. They are now looking for a dynamics, energetic and independent candidate to take up the Assistant HR Manager position. 

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing full spectrum of HR functions and supports in HK and Singapore
  • Perform professional HR services including payroll & MPF administration, leave management, preparing contracts and HR reports
  • Drive and initiate continuous improvements on HR policies and procedures, etc.
  • Maintain good communication with business unit heads and colleagues
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business administration or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in all-rounded HR issues, in particularly C&B
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations/ ordinances
  • Exposure to China is a plus
  • Excellent communication and people influencing skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, passionate and detail-minded
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English 

HR Manager

Client Description:

Our client is a listed company, owing to their business need, they are seeking for a HR Manager in joining their team.

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will focus and be responsible to handle and supervise full scope of HR services and operations such as staff recruitment, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, manpower budgeting and HR related analysis and projects. He/she also needs to assist management to drive and implement HR policies and programmes to support changing business needs.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration with major in Human Resources Management
  • Min 7 years’ of solid and hands-on human resources experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position with sizeable corporation preferably in FMCG / Manufacturing business
  • Strong and experienced in C&B management and projects
  • Good interpersonal skills and highly adaptable to change & challenges
  • Creative, independent and with good numerical sense and analytical skill
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese
  • Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
