Accounting Officer (Accounts Receivable)

Client Description:

Our client is a well-established company focusing on providing technology solutions and operational support services to corporate clients. They are now looking for an independent accounting professional to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the successful candidate shall be responsible for handling all the accounts receivable matters including preparing and issuing invoices to clients, following up clients regarding overdue payments, depositing cheque payments and issuing receipt upon receipt of payment
  • Monitor account receivables aging and provide clients with invoice reminders and warning letters to overdue accounts
  • Issue credit hold notifications
  • Update sub-ledger and maintain accurate records for clients payment status
  • Weekly report outstanding status to direct report

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Finance or Accounting
  • A minimum of 4 years’ related experience 
  • Self-initiative with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to communicate with clients about invoice/ overdue issues
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese

(Assistant) Project Manager - AV/ ELV/ ICT

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Regional Manager of Project Team, the successful candidate shall be accountable for leading teammates to complete the project timely, efficiently and effectively of their Audio Visual (AV) projects
  • Communicate well with project stakeholders to develop project scopes, objectives and project plan
  • Manage and monitor the project budget
  • Perform risk management assessment, and escalate and report any possible problems to management when needed
  • Develop and improve comprehensive project documentation to improve the consistency and efficiency of project delivery
  • Assist sales team and solution team in handling business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and vendors
  • Occasional travel maybe required

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated in Computer Science, Construction, Engineering or Building Services
  • A minimum of 3 years’ AV/ ELV/ ICT project management experience
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification would be an advantage
  • Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector
  • Ability to handle multiple projects effectively, prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamically changing environment
  • Strong liaison and negotiation skills with client, ICT / AV vendors and contractors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, within the company and at all levels of clients
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Assistant Project Manager - AV Project

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Project Manager, the successful candidate shall be accountable for ensuring project works to be completed efficiently and effectively, and clients are well managed both from technical and communication perspectives
  • Execute Audiovisual projects professionally
  • Assist sales team and solution team in handling business opportunities
  • Manage external resources and support teammates to complete project

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in construction or engineering or other related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years’ solid AV project implementation and/or on-site maintenance experience

Accounts Payable Officer (AP)

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Accounting Manager, the successful incumbent shall be responsible for handling daily accounting operation, i.e. data entry, accounts payable, expenses and payments
  • Maintain petty cash records
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and month-end closing schedules
  • Handle internal filing system of financial records
  • Support other work in team as requested

Requirements:

  • Diploma graduate or above with LCCI I or higher
  • A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Detail minded, initiative, responsible and well-organised
  • Strong at Microsoft Excel and with SAP Business One experience is definitely an advantage

  • Responsible for initiating and driving company’s ERP project starting from sourcing and evaluation to successful implementation of the project
  • Manage the whole ERP implementation services including user requirement study, vendor/consultant management, system configuration, testing, user training, report writing and documentation
  • Gather, understand and identify user requirements from stakeholders, and conduct gap analysis

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of finance/accounting duties of the company and its subsidiaries
  • Handle full set of accounts including book-keeping, month-end closing, invoicing AR/AP, bank reconciliation, MPF, and tax filing, etc.
  • Prepare management reports in a timely manner
  • Manage cash flow and forecasts
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants or agents in HK and PRC concerning tax or accounting matters
  • Advise the management on business performance and support financial analysis and ad hoc projects

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with qualification of HKICPA or ACCA or equivalent preferred  
  • A minimum of 3 years' related experience in handlig full-set accounting

  • Directly reporting to MD, the successful candidate shall be the key person responsible for liaising with banks on the operation of trade finance and bank facility etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly reporting to Acconting Manager, the successful candidate shall be responsible for handling full set of accounts and month-end closing
  • Issue AR inovices and follow up collection and overdue AR outstanding balance
  • Handle account payable and arrange payments 
  • Prepare cashflow planning, month-end closing, schedules, reports and consolidation
  • Prepare monthly/weekly reports to management 
  • Assist in statutory audit and tax-filing
  • Assist the Manager in other ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned such as system upgrade

Requirements:

  • Teritary educated in Accounting or related discipline
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience, ideally experience in trading/ retail/ consumer products industry 
  • Solid experience in handling month-end closing 
  • Experience in SAP B1 would be highly appreciated 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel 
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, dyamics and able to meet deadlines
  • Good team player with strong communication skill
