Infrastructure Manager - Cambodia

Responsibilities:

  • Provide network design solution, technical advisory, documentation for network and security related equipment such as LAN, WAN, Firewall etc.
  • Evaluate and propose solutions to improve the overall corporate infrastructure to ensure availability, stability, scalability & security
  • Handle all IT infrastructure and network projects including planning, implementation and deployment
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions that are comply with corporate standard & regulatory requirement
  • Responsible for the servers and network administration
  • Conduct regular health check and monitor all installed systems from infrastructure perspectives, resolve problems and performance issues on a timely basis

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to the head of the Business Unit, the successful candidate shall be responsible for developing the exhibition design and engineering (AV/IT related) business from scratch

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate shall be responsible for managing an overseeing the non-factory operations of the assigned KEY brands of the company including Merchandising, Product Development, Material Planning, Production Planning and Control, Costing, etc. with around 300 Headcounts in the GZ branch office
  • Act as one of the key persons to deal with and work closely with the teams of the brands on business strategy, objectives & targets, product development, production and so on
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers on issues related to production, quality, schedules, etc.
  • Work and communicate closely with company’s factories in South East Asia to ensure production capacity, quality and schedules can be aligned with brands’ requirements
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by senior management

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the successful candidate shall be responsible for leading a team to deliver all-rounded Finance and Accounting services in factories across the SEA region
  • Monitor the month-end accounts closing and consolidation, and perform financial and management reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, etc.
  • Prepare operational and financial analysis to corporate and senior management
  • Ensure proper controls and compliance at statutory and corporate levels
  • Monitor and manage tax efficiency across the region
  • Liaise with auditors and external professionals in relation to finance matters

Requirements:

  • Work as a service helpdesk to provide high quality technical support services to our clients.
  • Respond to clients’ enquiries by phone call and email in timely manner
  • Coordinate and arrange engineer to perform on site service follow SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Handle hardware RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with manufacturer / distributor
