Client Description:
Our clients are reputable companies providing technology solutions and operational support services to corporate clients in APAC. In order to cope with their business expansion, they are looking for dynamics (Senior) Solution Sales Managers to join their teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close opportunities in a proactive, ethical and profitable manner in order to meet KPIs, Sales targets and company goals
- Provide solution sales development and consultations to potential customers
- Manage effectively the sales process through long term relationship with key decision markers, prospect development, proposal, presentation and negotiation\
- Work closely with internal counterparts to smoothen the whole solutions sales and delivery cycles
Requirements:
- Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or other disciplines
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in technical solution (AV/ ELV/ IT/ IoT) account management and business development, ideally with experience serving clients in Retail, Finance, Hospitality and/or Telco, etc. industries
- Proven and successful sales track records with excellent communication and presentation skills
- A good team player who is result-driven, self-motivated and committed
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
