Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager - Listed Company

Client Description:

Our client is a leading retailer, to cope with their fast expansion, they are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team to handle store development projects and store renovations
  • Monitor and control project schedule to ensure progress is completed on time, within budget and up to the standard
  • Conduct site inspection and handle quality control
  • Provide advice to management on store design, renovation and continuous upgrade
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on store construction and renovation projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Surveying, Building Services, E&M Engineering, Architectural, Interior Design or related discipline
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience in chain-store project management, preferably gained from retail industry
  • Strong project management, troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
  • Proficiency in computerized graphic drawing and design software;
  • Well organize & able to work under pressure;
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.

Senior Facility Manager/ Facility Manager - Listed Company

Client Description:

Our client is a leading retailer, to cope with their fast expansion, they are currently seeking a Senior Facility Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team to handle all store renovations and new store development.
  • Monitor the overall maintenance programme for the offices and ensure that the services delivered according to the requirements;
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations on repair and improvement works
  • Monitor and control assigned project to meet schedule, requirement, quality, cost, safety and environment standard
  • Provide support for regular and ad-hoc rewards projects

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Construction Management, Building Services, E&M Engineering or equivalent 
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years at managerial level
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Facility Manager

Production Planing Manager - Listed Company

Client Description:

Our client is a listed catering group, to cope with their fast expansion, they are currently seeking a Production Planing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the production planning and material control process to ensure smooth and efficient operation and optimize production performance
  • Manage production forecast and production scheduling based on demand to ensure on time and consistent delivery of products
  • Control and manage supplier's capacities, material lead time and material delivery in order to meet the forecast
  • Conduct analysis on production capacity, product defects and delivery performance to ensure the production quality standard
  • Review the operation effectiveness and present to senior management on feasibility study findings and improvement proposals

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Production / Material Planning / Supply Chain Management;
  •  6 years experience in food manufacturing and production industry with 2 years in managerial level;
  • Good team player with excellent analytical, summarizing and problem solving skills;
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently;
