(Senior) Property Manager - Macau

Client Description:

Our client is a HK-listed property development company. In order to cope with their business needs, they are looking for a property management professional to join their company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the Property Management team and overall supervision of a team daily operation, staff recruitment, training and staff assessment 
  • Assist owners in formation of Owners’ Association (OA)
  • Attend owners’ meeting with liaise service contract and service fees with the Owners’ Association
  • Ensuring tenant / contractor / landlord compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
  • Ensuring through excellent management, strategy and planning, operation and building maintenance services delivery, advice and support to the team
  • Preparing and managing budget and saving
  • Carry out various property management tasks as directed if necessary

Requirements:

  • University Graduate or above
  • At least 6 years' working experience in Property Management capacity, ideally in residential property
  • Knowledge of Macau's Civil Code and law is an advantage
  • Self-initiative, passionate with excellent customer services
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Station in Macau is required and Macau resident only 
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Manager or lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager

Project Manager - Vietnam

Client Description:

Our client is a HK-listed property development company with properties in Asia Pacific, US and Canada etc. They are now looking for high-calibre professinoals to join their management team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Regional Project Director, he/she will be responsible for managing and coordinating the renovation project of the assigned 5-star hotel in Vietnam
  • Manage the renovation budgets, including control of line-by-line costs for purchasing of construction and renovation materials and supplies
  • Co-ordinate with external parties not limited to consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure work being on-time delivery with quality
  • Closely monitor the progress of work and report to management about any potential problems/issues and propose corrective actions immediately
  • Prepare tender documents and perform contract administration

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated in Building Services, E&M Engineering or other related disciplines
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Project Management in fitting out and A&A work
  • Experience in renovation of hospitalility and hotel properties is highly preferred
  • Good knowledge of architecture and interior decoration works
  • Basic knowledge of MEP system of hospitality properties such as BMS, room control panels etc. is a plus
  • Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office, MS Project & AutoCAD
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Stationing in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam is needed

(Senior) Project Manager

Client Description:

Our client is a HK-listed property development company with properties in Asia Pacific, US and Canada etc. They are now looking for high-calibre professinoals to join their management team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Senior Management, the successful incumbent shall be responsible for overseeing all the project management & maintenance, operations, property management, leasing management, etc. of the company’s commercial, residential and hospitality properties in APAC region
  • Review and comment building services project design to ensure highest possible improvement and good efficiency standard and compiling business cases for management approval
  • Supervise fitting out and building services contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers to initiate and conduct the fitting out work for the reinstatement work, cost benefit analysis and operational review
  • Responsible for maximizing revenue and profits for the properties through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures to achieve their commercial goals
  • Ensure that all regular planned maintenance programs to all E&M systems to be carried out accordingly with highest standards
  • Ensure that the building, grounds, landscape and gardens, road surfaces and car park are inspected regularly per standard program
  • Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Building Services, Building Surveying, E&M Engineering or other related discipline
  • At least 13 years’ relevant experience gained from commercial, residential or hospitality property
  • Self-initiative, passionate, strategic with strong people management and influencing skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC application including Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
  • Frequent travel to APAC is required
  • Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the teams of project management and facility management to manage and carry out all the shop planning and development

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Business Manager, responsible for overseeing and monitoring the operations and performance of the shops to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard

  • Reporting to the Project and Maintenance Director, he/she will be responsible for managing a team of (Assistant) Project Managers, Technicians etc. to deliver high standards of quality and shop image according to local laws and company's direction
