Our client is a leading health supplement company with strong presence in Asia Pacific regions, to cope with their fast expansion, they are urgently seekinga Direct Sales Manager in joining their team.


This incumbent is responsible for managing sales of the company’s products and services in direct sales channel.  Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.  Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.


  • Degree in Marketing or Business Studies or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
  • Ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
  • Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite
