Client Description:

Our client is a reputable food company in FMCG industry. Owing to their business need, they are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager in joining their team.


  • Responsible for Eastern China strategic management of assigned product category
  • Overall brand planning, P&L and A&P control, monitoring marketing program execution and tracking of brand performance
  • Manage, plan & review A&P spending in view of optimizing ROI and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for existing product life cycle management and to maximize revenue opportunity
  • Identify the market opportunity for new product development


  • Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in brand marketing, trade marketing or relevant segment. Experience gained from FMCG industry is a definitely advantage
  • Strong in strategic thinking, business sense, consumer insight and analytical mind
  • Self-motivated, creative, excellent communication skills and strong problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Station in Hong Kong
