Client Description:

Our client is a multi-national company providing tailor-made and integrated portfolio of sourcing, marketing, sales, distribution and after-sales services to clients. To cope with business expansion, they are looking for an Account Manager to join their dynamic team. 


  • Maintain and establish relationship and rapport with current clients and stakeholders through providing excellent client services
  • Identify and develop room for business expansion from existing clients and potential clients
  • Handle and manage clients’ requests/inquiries/problems on operational efficiency, process, room for improvement, services, etc. and provide solutions if necessary
  • Work closely with operational and functional teams to ensure service level and the KPIs agreed on the Agreements


  • Bachelor degree Supply Chain or Logistics or Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in account servicing or business development in 3PL/ 4PL companies
  • Strong background of inbound/outbound logistics management and operational excellence is a plus
  • A good team player with excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
