Client Description:

Our client is a multi-national company marketing consumer lifestyle products. They are currently looking for a young, energetic and passionate retail operation professional to join their team.


  • Reporting to the General Manager, the successful incumbent shall be fully responsible for overseeing the budget and P&L of the boutiques in Hong Kong
  • Manage and supervise the retail operations team to deliver the best customer experience to customers by on-going reviewing the customer services standards, identifying areas for improving the efficiency and productivity in shop level, initiating and planning suitable trainings to front-line staffs, etc.
  • Oversee and monitor performance of the boutiques to maximize sales turnover
  • Provide leadership and directions to the boutiques to drive employee engagement in lifting KPI results  
  • Plan and execute operational audits, identify areas for improvement, develop and communication action plan to maintain high level of personal and team integrity


  • Degree holder in relevant discipline 
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in retail industry, ideally with luxury/lifestyle experience
  • Result-driven and service-oriented with strong people management and leadership skills
  • Positive mind-set, strong problem solving and observation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent spoken of English and Chinese is necessary
  • Candidate with lesser experience maybe considered as Assistant Manager
