Client Description:
Our client is a leading sportswear/ outdoor brand, to cope with their fast expansion, they are currently seeking a Sales management professional to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the General Manager, the successful incumbent shall be responsible for leading and driving the sales team to maximize business opportunities in HK market through sales directions and strategies
- Devise and implement strategic business development and distribution expansion plan, account management and collect market intelligence
- Supervise and motivate Sales team to achieve Company's sales and distribution objectives
- Review dealers' sales performance/inventory status for sales forecast and planning
- Develop effective distribution strategies including distribution coverage, trade relation and account management, inventory supply & control, credit granting & control and debt collect
- Monitor market trend, competitors' activities for management to review the business strategy on a monthly basis
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- A minimum of 6 years' sales experience in fashion retail industry, ideally outdoor or sportswear, with solid experience in managerial level
- Proven people management / supervisory experience in dynamic business environment
- Aggressive, with strong business sense and analytical skills
- Energetic, presentable, self-initiative, excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
