Client Description:
Our client is a leading multi-national company with strong presence in global market. They are currently inviting high caliber candidate to join their QA team.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of Quality and Regulatory Affairs, he/she will be responsible for leading a small team to manage all QA matters
- Develop, maintain, on-going review and implement Quality Management Systems and processes to ensure in line with GMP, GDP and ISO standards
- Develop quality assurance plans by conducting risk analyses, identifying critical control points and preventive measures, establishing quality KPIs, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures
- Responsible for suppliers’ and subcontractors’ management and audits
- Handle, investigate and report quality complaints from clients and customers
- Involve in any decision to quarantine or disposition rejected, recalled or falsified products
- Provide necessary training program to ensure the SOPs and standards being met
Requirements:
- University graduate in related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years’ QMS experience in local pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding and knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP and GDP
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and people management skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Candidate with less experience maybe considered as Assistant Quality Assurance Manager
