(Senior) IT Engineer - Support Service (5-day work, 18-day annual leave)

Client Description:

Our client is a well-established company focusing on providing technology solutions and operational support services to corporate clients (mainly financial institutions and retails). To cope with business expansion, they are looking for a new headcount of IT professional to join their team to provide IT services to their clients.


  • Provide IT helpdesk support and solution services to clients through email or phone call
  • Offer first level and second level support through remote or onsite support for problem solving
  • Identify improvement areas for clients’ IT infrastructure to ensure systems are in health status
  • Responsible for client’s shop opening/ closure projects in Taiwan and China occasionally


  • Certificate/Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant IT experience in desktop support, server, network or system infrastructure support
  • Experience working in system integrator or technology service vendor is a plus but not a must
  • Able to work independently with strong problem solving skill
  • Good spoken command of Mandarin and English
