Regional C&B Manager

Client Description:

Our client is a Hong Kong listed company with strong partnership with some well-known global apparel brands. In order to cope with the business needs, they are now looking for a new Headcount of C&B Manager to join their Group HR department. 

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Group HR Director, the successful candidate shall be responsible for full-spectrum of C&B duties to meet the business direction and strategies of their offshore offices and production facilities
  • Handle international mobility related issues across the SEA region
  • Review and analyze current C&B structure and practices and make recommendations to management which can balance the benefits of employer and employees if needed
  • Plan and execute the C&B initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and clear communication
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HRD

Requirements

  • Degree holder in HRM or any other disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years working experience in HR capacity, in which strong experience in C&B is necessary
  • Experience in handling regional C&B matters, especially in taxation issue
  • Able to work independently with strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Travelling to SEA is required
