Client Description:

Our client is a well-known l FMCG company. Owing to their business need, they are seeking for a Trade Marketing Manager in joining their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply shopper and trade insights to develop and manage trade strategy on product assortment, pricing, promotion, placement and POP
  • Lead the distribution expansion program, ensure in-store execution excellence and lead promoter program
  • Manage and develop strategic relationship with customers to drive sales growth
  • Develop effective trade offers, promotion and in-store programs to drive sales and market share growth across all categories
  • Build expertise in Open Trade retail environment, general shopping behavior, category-specific behavior, and getting closer to our customers and shoppers
  • Anticipate, predict, develop tactic to proactively responding to competitive moves

Requirements:

  • 3 years working experience, preferably gained from FMCG industry and experience in modern trade environment
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, with good business sense
  • Strong execution and flexibility
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
