Client Description:
Our client is a well-known l FMCG company. Owing to their business need, they are seeking for a Trade Marketing Manager in joining their team.
Responsibilities:
- Apply shopper and trade insights to develop and manage trade strategy on product assortment, pricing, promotion, placement and POP
- Lead the distribution expansion program, ensure in-store execution excellence and lead promoter program
- Manage and develop strategic relationship with customers to drive sales growth
- Develop effective trade offers, promotion and in-store programs to drive sales and market share growth across all categories
- Build expertise in Open Trade retail environment, general shopping behavior, category-specific behavior, and getting closer to our customers and shoppers
- Anticipate, predict, develop tactic to proactively responding to competitive moves
Requirements:
- 3 years working experience, preferably gained from FMCG industry and experience in modern trade environment
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, with good business sense
- Strong execution and flexibility
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
