Client Description:
Our client is a reputable consumer product company. Owing to their business need, they are seeking a Product Manager in joining their team.
Responsibilities:
- Report to Marketing Head, he/she will be responsible for formulating & implementing marketing strategies for assigned product category
- Conduct analysis to understand market trend and product performance to identify opportunities and challenges for growth and new product development
- Manage, plan & review A&P budget in view of optimizing ROI and effectiveness
- Identify the market opportunities for new product development and involve in the whole product development process
- Plan and drive sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets, and evaluate the effectiveness afterwards
- Compile regular sales and marketing analysis reports for management review
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience in FMCG industry, with experience in F&B is a plus
- Self-motivated, creative, strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good business acumen and market sense
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with lesser experience might be considered as Assistant Product Manager
