(Assistant) Product Manager - FMCG

Client Description:

Our client is a reputable consumer product company. Owing to their business need, they are seeking a Product Manager in joining their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Marketing Head, he/she will be responsible for formulating & implementing marketing strategies for assigned product category
  • Conduct analysis to understand market trend and product performance to identify opportunities and challenges for growth and new product development 
  • Manage, plan & review A&P budget in view of optimizing ROI and effectiveness
  • Identify the market opportunities for new product development and involve in the whole product development process 
  • Plan and drive sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets, and evaluate the effectiveness afterwards
  • Compile regular sales and marketing analysis reports for management review 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience in FMCG industry, with experience in F&B is a plus
  • Self-motivated, creative, strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good business acumen and market sense
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Candidates with lesser experience might be considered as Assistant Product Manager
