Client Description:

Our client is a listed global wine company with worldwide pressence, to cope with their fast expansion, they are currently seeking an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing programs including but not limited to promotions, wine tastings and dinners, winemaker visits and other corporate and trade events.
  • Monitor marketing budget and continuous tracking of A&P spend for agreed projects with distributors.
  • Consolidate and compile marketing presentations for monthly marketing update/ ad hoc marketing campaigns/post-campaign ROI review.
  • Provide sales support and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of  promotion campaign
  • Provide ad-hoc and day-to-day marketing operation support for the team.
  • Coordinate and be responsible for corporate events with distributors

Requirements: 

  • FMCG brand / trade marketing / event management experience, 5+ years preferable gained from wine or related industry
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, creative and able to work under a fast paced environment

  • A clear and confident communicator who can build strong relationships
  • Good organization and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and external channel partners

Buyer/ Merchandiser - FMCG Retailer

Client Description:

Our client is the market leader in FMCG retailer with around 40 shops located in HK. To cater with their business needs, they are looking for a merchandising professional to their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Assistant Merchandising Manager, the successful incumbent shall be responsible for the the overall retail merchandise management including but not limited to new product sourcing, pricing, order processing and shipment coordination
  • Perform inventory management and replenishment 
  • Monitor and drive product sales performance through various marketing programs
  • Liaise with and negotiate with both overseas and local suppliers 
  • Conduct category and SKU performance trend and analysis, and market analysis 

Requirements: 

  • Tertiary educated in any disciplines with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in merchandising/ buying
  • Experience in Retail Chain /FMCG, Pet or Food industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong market senses, detail-minded, numeric sensitive and good interpersonal skills.

  • Reporting to Senior Management, the successful candidate shall be leading a small team to be accountable for the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives and management of the online shop platform
