Client Description:

Our client is a leading sportswear/ outdoor brand, to cope with their fast expansion, they are currently seeking a Sales management professional to join their team.


  • Reporting to the General Manager, the successful incumbent shall be responsible for leading and driving the sales team to maximize business opportunities in HK market through sales directions and strategies
  • Devise and implement strategic business development and distribution expansion plan, account management and collect market intelligence
  • Supervise and motivate Sales team to achieve Company's sales and distribution objectives
  • Review dealers' sales performance/inventory status for sales forecast and planning
  • Develop effective distribution strategies including distribution coverage, trade relation and account management, inventory supply & control, credit granting & control and debt collect
  • Monitor market trend, competitors' activities for management to review the business strategy on a monthly basis


  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • A minimum of 6 years' sales experience in fashion retail industry, ideally outdoor or sportswear, with solid experience in managerial level
  • Proven people management / supervisory experience in dynamic business environment
  • Aggressive, with strong business sense and analytical skills
  • Energetic, presentable, self-initiative, excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
