Client Description:

Our client is a reputable company in FMCG industry. Owing to their business need, they are seeking for a Senior Brand Manager in joining their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a small team, responsible for the overall brand strategies and develop effective brand programs of assigned brands, which aimed to drive for brand awareness, profitability and market shares
  • Monitor competitors initiatives, A&P expenses, sales, market share, customer base changes to ensure performance are in line with business targets
  • Devise responsive strategies to grow / defend market share in the competitive market
  • Work closely with various departments in ensuring all marketing initiatives are conducted effectively
  • Work closely with product development team & related parties in new product development

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in brand marketing or relevant segment. Experience gained from FMCG industry is a definitely advantage
  • Strong in strategic thinking, business sense, consumer insight and analytical mind
  • Self motivated, creative, excellent communication skills and strong problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with lesser experience maybe considered as Brand Manager
