Client Description:

Our client is a multi-national consumer product company with strong presence in Asia. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a dynamics and independent HR professional to join their team.


  • Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the successful incumbent will be acting as the key contact point of the designated brands to ensure an efficient operation in HR policies and processes
  • Manage and provide full spectrum of HR services including manpower planning, talent acquisition, C&B, performance management, people development and employee retention, etc.
  • Provide advisory and transactional HRs services to business line to optimize the use of the human resources
  • Execute and coordinate the recruitment plans and strategies coping with the business development of the brands
  • Drive cultural integration and engagement via training programs and career development


  • Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or other related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years HR experience with very solid experience to work as HRBP role, ideally in multi-national organization
  • Experience gained from consumer products, healthcare, pharmaceutical, supply chain company is definitely an advantage
  • Independent, dynamics, self-driven and high driving capability
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relational skills to be able to liaise with all levels
  • Computer literate, well-versed with Excel and Power point
